Thanks for the notice that you enjoy it so much!! It's very similar to the Pro 6 that I already own, so the change was not as drastic as when I upgraded from the Classic. I love the new dough hook and use it weekly for bread making. It's actually quieter than my Pro 6, so that's a plus too. I have noticed that with the Pro 600 I can actually differentiate between the 10 speeds. Going from Stir to 2 to 4, etc., I can tell where 3 and 5, etc are. I never noticed that before. What model did you get and have you opened it? I really like the new mixer. I have been lusting after the Pro 600. But, here's a reason to keep Gunther! If you have the pasta attachments, you can set up the roller on Gunther and the cutter on the other…see? No need to disable any machinery and you can have pasta done five minutes sooner! What a way to justify the expense. :D Congrats on the new purchase. :) Oh, I am jealous!
