• Vegan Broccoli Cream Soup

  Unlike President George H.W. Bush, we love broccoli. During an unusually cold Southern California winter, I decided to try making a vegan broccoli soup. I turned out nicely and is a healthy contrast to the usual decadence of the holidays.
